dear sir
i purchase web cam with microphone and buffer also. before connecting buffer and web cam i was calling my husband and talk through head set. now after connecting this buffer and web cam i cant able to call , while calling they hear my voice but i cant hear their voice

can’t use my video call and voice call either.. i tried testing the setup, everything was fine. but when i the “place free test call” is says – you’re not currently connected to a network.. something like that.. help pls..

i shouldn’t have updated my YM to version 11.. i should have stick to 10.. geez..
