Sara Bacon,

The 81003002 error has to do with your servers ... my wife's email it's like non-existent :
66.196.82.7 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 554 delivery error: dd Sorry your message to andr*********@yahoo.com cannot be delivered. This account has been disabled or discontinued [#102]. - mta142.mail.re1.yahoo.com

So , tell the people the truth , that by accident your techs deleted some of the accounts. Personally , if this problem is not solved and accounts reinstated ... I will have to sell my shares from Yahoo , and just invest my money somewhere else.
You will loose a lot of business because some of these Y!M users are also CallOut users that pay for the services.

Respectfully , Radu John

Hi,everybody!
I have the same problem, just like Ana.I tried to contact customer care,i mailed them trying to inform them with my issue.I also gave them personal info, so they can identify my yahoo!messenger ID &e-mail.But i didn't receive any news.Nothing.More than 24 hours have passed since i mailed them with my problem, and i still expect somebody from the contact customer care will help me with this error. It is very annoying and i hope i will get back my e-mail,cause it's extremely important for me.
Also,i have to say that if i try to reset my password it won't let me identify my ID.If i try to log in from the web page,it keeps saying me "use your full id" or something like that. But i'm sure i'm spelling right my id and password.
Oh,i hope somebody could fix this problem.
Take care of yourselves.

@dcrab - From within Yahoo! Messenger, go to the Messenger menu and select Preferences. Then click on "Alerts & Sounds" on the left hand side, then change the options on the right. Click Apply, then OK when you're done.

how do you turn off the annoying pop up of when people go online and offline in bottom right of screen. 9.0 seems to have removed that option of turning it off... the older version you had a choice.
Please help out, it's driving me crazy!!!!!!!
