Our voice and video services will be unavailable on Wednesday, May 11th between 2:30 to 4:30pm PST, due to network maintenance . During this period, you will not be able to use Yahoo! Messenger to make or receive voice and video calls, and may experience a slower than usual response. This is one step towards improving the performance of our services and your continued patience is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Is it all possible for Yahoo to stop the bots?,, and now im back to the bad old days in chat,, Yahoo is eating my type!! 12yrs in chat rooms,, and all stays the same,, i wish i loved FaceBook like 90% of exchatters do,, i would be there, and NOT here.

Since 5 -11-11 we are having the same issue. I reported it as well. I’m sure they are aware , however we are unaware if this is intentional or not from Yahoo. Been using YM for years now everyday so I can keep in touch with family overseas.

Even the courtesy of some feedback from the technical dept would go to say alot about yahoo and how they claim to care about their service being quote " top notch " also , " one step towards improving the performance of our services " …
I guess a 90 minute limit is the definition of that

What’s going on with the video call cut off at 90 minutes crap? And no warning either! Can’t someone from Yahoo address this and let us know what’s going on before we all switch to MSN?

Is this the best solution that the Yahoo Messenger team can offer to all its Yahoo users? 360 minutes call disconnection? Is this for real? I hope its not. I hate this. Is this all they’ve got? Do they seriously think that we will be AOK with this?

just started using YM — incoming audio very very bad, its distorted, robotic and cuts. incoming video blurry and it freezes. Firewall is good. Internet access is fast…utilized other ISP no problem but my current ISP technical support cannot figure out…a few more days I will drop my current ISP if no solutions

My friend and I cannot hear or see the audibles sent or received. We can see and hear them when we play them to ourselves. We both have Yahoo Messenger 10.0.0.1270us and Windows Explorer 9. Why can’t we hear and see them like we used to??????
