1. Well I’d vote Yahoo Messenger for the Mac… but I mean really; It’s been in beta for like 5 years and receives an update ONCE a year! :/

4. Yahoo Messenger 11 Beta seems to be broken on Windows 7 x64 SP1. It was fine before upgrading now I get out-of-the-box plugin issues and the room list wont load. Did all the clean installs including a full OS reinstall. Same issues. I did not experience these issues with my previous Windows 7 x64 non-SP1 install.

5. Hi,

   I have a question related to the messenger avatars. There can still be seen at all in a while. And not only me but my friends list. I tried all versions from 8 to 11 and just do not defend my avatars of others and not always mine. Net speed is very good. I think the problem is Yahoo Messenger. Waiting for an answer if possible. If not able to settle, one to give up yahoo messenger and install windows live messenger.

7. I voted for Adium, but really Skype is my main communication app now. Yahoo Messenger for Mac never gets updated and is missing major features. It’s great on windows though.

9. Yeah really, I think Yahoo messeger is one of the worst IM Client on the market with a silly interface. MSN is way over you. What is more surprizing is that you had a better Vista version in the past and you kill it.

   You will not win anything contiuning like this.

11. You have some nerve to ask for support in voting for Yahoo Messenger, just shows how ignorant those at Yahoo headquarters really are..
    You just don’t realize that Yahoo became the worst social platform ever. Like a bunch of idiots heading it in the last 6 or so years, who like to destroy everything they touch.
    Entire yahoo groups and chat rooms migrated to face book and pal talk and other services after they hold out on Yahoo as long as they could…
    And you asking us to vote for you now?….
    I will continue this when I stop laughing…..

18. What is going on Yahoo?, your chat facility on Mac is now effectively unusable because when you log not a chat room there is no longer a list of who is in the chat room. Are you aware of this ? and if so a)why have you not fixed it b) why have you not made a statement that it is being fixed. Soon there will be no-one left using Yahoo rooms with a mac. This is of course quite apart from the limitations that have always existed such as a lack of photoshare.
