iPad and Yahoo!

I am fairly certain that by now you must have known that Apple released its latest product – the iPad – last weekend on Saturday, April 3rd.
The iPad is the latest and probably the grandest entry to the world of Tablet computers – 9.7-inch display, half-inch thick, and weighing in at just a pound and a half. It runs the iPhone OS on it so all the same apps you use on your iPhone, like Yahoo! Messenger for iPhone, will be available for the iPad. Please try it out and let us know if you face any issues.
Talking about iPad Apps, Yahoo! introduced the Yahoo! Entertainment for iPad on Saturday. Some of you may have even downloaded this app over the weekend. This has wowed both consumers and press alike. TechCrunch has voted it as one of the best iPad apps. Using editorialized, real-time content, this Yahoo! Entertainment App surfaces and recommends TV shows, entertainment news, TV listings, book reviews, and a wide variety of popular videos from across the Web. Read more on the Yahoo! Entertainment Blog.
Do you plan to buy an iPad in future? – if you have already bought one, then which is your favorite App? – as always, please feel free to leave your comments.

You guys need to fix messenger to start up quicker on non-multi-tasking devices running iPhone OS. It takes way over 1/2min to bring up a conversation after receiving a push – on a 3GS…

I’m not buying a tablet that doesn’t multitask or support Flash. For instance, not being able to have speak on Skype or chat on Yahoo Messenger while browsing on Safari is a deal killer for me. The disadvantage of not having Flash is self-evident. For instance, this past week I was in town using my iPhone to query what restaurant I should go to, their contact info, and what menus they offer. Several of them offer Flash only sites so this info was inaccessible using any of the Apple mobile gadgets.

No wont buy thank you.
For reasons:
-There are much restrictions,to bind users
-Hundred megabytes of firmware after firmware after firmware.(New firmware is coming)
- No light Sync browser, iTunes is heavy, not compatible with windows xp or 7.
-as usually every new firmwares will lock your device & will force you to upgrade.

i had a chance to use it. it’s an over priced hunk of junk. i would not pay a dime for it. if apple maybe gave me $20 to take this paper weight off their hands? i may consider it. just like lap tops? over priced and nearly less then half of the stuff you can get on a desktop at half the price. just another toy to make everyone seem like they are cool. when is apple and windows going to come out with anything really worth the god awful prices they charge?

Not supported in your country…
That reduces the IPad to a overpriced picture frame…
Guess the Apple founders had a different idea
When they started..

Need
iPad version with ALL emoticons, an option to have our chat session or daily session of chat email to us. To many time I have lost important data because of not having the means to have some kind of archives….
Also EMOTICONS ( all of it )
Try to make something good this time if it is not to much to ask
Thanks

ipad got so many problems, but still can’t stop people buying.
Why?
I guess just outlooking attract many, and some Personalize setting make you more comfortable.
Specially,it never similar with any others,so if you are conditioned to use Apple stuff, you are in.
