same question….I am having a problem that alot of these folks have been having, but i don’t see a solution posted or addressed in anyway. My camera zooms way in right when my call starts, I cannot find a way to zoom out. How do I fix this?

My call button (both voice and video) are always grayed out
I and my friend are using the latest version 10 and the problem is still there.
I am currently using broadband, my setting is connected “connect directly to the internet”
I disabled my window vista business SP2 firewall and it is still the same.
Please Yahoo should try to resolve this issue
How can I resolve this.

Hello,

When I use the PC to PC calling feature, the sound is all loud and distorted from my friends end. Version 9 was never like this. Is it the upgrade or just me? Also if I change back to version 9, but my friend remains on 10 will that make any difference to how we call each other and view our webcams?

Please help =(

I meet all the minimum requirements, but for some reason, my video call and voice call is not appearing on the IM box at all.

I am not able to make Video Calls… as per a suggestion by @jeff, I checked the link to find if my webcam is recognised and it is. But I dont see an icon for Video call in my messenger. I am using ver 10 and OS is Vista. Earlier I had dual OS with Win XP and Vista at that time, the Video call used to work in XP but not in Vista. Now I have reinstalled and have only Vista but the Video call is not working… Is Vista really supported for Video calls? I seem to have a doubt. Could someone answer or HELP me PLEASE…..

I can get video call, but they can hear me fine, but I get audio feed back and then a loud buzzing. I have tried a different mic, and speakers, but still get the same noise/ Is it my lap top or theres? What can we do to fix it?
