Support added for videos from trilulilu.ro

July 15, 2009 on 11:50 am | In 9.0 version | 34 Comments

The inline video player feature in Yahoo! Messenger 9.0 now supports links from the popular Romanian video sharing site, http://trilulilu.ro. Now when you send a trilulilu.ro link to a friend using Yahoo! Messenger 9.0, the video window will appear inline in your conversation.

Any other video sites you would like to see supported in the inline media player? Let us know by leaving a comment.

    Thank you for your support. I hope this feature will bring brand awareness both for Yahoo!Messenger and our website.
    I have tried Zync video-sharing plug-in with our video links but didn’t work. (I use Y!M version 9.0.0.2162)
    We also wrote on our blog about the inline feature and our users love it http://www.crocodilu.ro/diverse/trilulilu-pe-yahoo-messenger/

    Glad we can help out. Yes, sorry, it does not work with the Zync plug-in. The plug-in is maintained by another team and they have to add support for your site as well. I’ll remove that part from the post. Cheers,

    Since the last Maintainance, it seems that the Integrated Captcha dont seem to work like send it direct to the room like it use to be.

    Can you please inform the Engineers about this and get little problem resolve again?

I’m from Romania as well, and It was kinda boring to see in my chat window, only videos from Youtube. Now that you’ve added the support for trilulilu.ro, it’s much more interesting.

  34. This support can be disabled also? Because i don’t think it’s a good thing to confuse peoples during a conversation. If they want to watch a clip they can click on the link.
