  10. Looks very nice. One thing I miss that was a great feature and attention to detail was the feature to see if people were typing. Was in the first version of Y!GO App for my S60 Nokia. Was sad to see it dicontinued. But as an iphone user now this looks promising. But still think Y!GO V1.0 was best version of the yahoo mobile messenger platform.

    Thanks,

[...] E parece que finalmente estamos entrando na era dos mensageiros instantâneos realmente decentes para o iPhone — talvez impulsionada pelo anúncio do OS 3.0, com seu recurso de notificações push em plano de fundo. 21. First of all, this is too late in the game.

Second of all, Yahoo should perhaps pay more attention to their Mac client also.

  22. This is why I have been saying for some time now, just make a nice thin version of yahoo in Java. So that one version works in all mobile devices.

instead of using our web browsers all the time, half the time i can’t even use mine!!!…

  32. This looks good, but what’s the difference between this and Yahoo oneConnect? They seem to have the same features–oneConnect also send photos from the camera or your photo album. However, oneConnect also allows you to connect to Flickr, etc. So, what’s the point in this “new” app? It seems to me that it’s only a stripped down version of oneConnect. What am I missing here?

  33. Is it so hard to provide a SEARCH function to your application? The Mac YM lacks that feature too. It’s basic … how can you find a buddy who is on invisible or offline when you have 200+ contacts?!?!

  36. Kindly release this app for the India users as well..I have been greatly looking forward to an official IM client from yahoo all this while. The others are ok..but the real version is actually worth it..The recently released Yahoo Mobile app has IM..but its good for nothing..and the Yahoo Oneconnecet is only available for the U.S users. That is unfair. So plzz if anyones listening please release the Iphone version of the messeger in India as well.

  50. Felt a bit of deja vu when I watched the video. I kept getting reminded of the Vista version Yahoo decided to cancel for no reason… Yahoo should have kept with that instead of the POS 9.0 is.
