Dear Yahoo Team,
Am a final year post graduate student (MBA) from India and as part of a mini project, need to study the recent marketing effort and implementation for a brand / product. I have been thinking of taking up Yahoo Messenger for my study. Just wanted to know if any kind of first hand information (no confidential info required) could be made available that would help me ? Could I contact Sarah Bacon with a list of specific questions that might make things easier ?
Please revert back on my e-mail address.
Thanks,

Maybe you could think about fixing your latest version of Messenger (9.0.0.2034). Most of my offline messages left for me are missing when I log in on a daily basis. I presume it’s something that would be a priority to rectify, being that it pertains to Messenger and not chat rooms, of which you’ve totally given up on. I won’t hold my breath though. Another annoyance is when I text a message to a friend on my list, only to have the blinking cursor disappear due to the changing of the sponsored/Yahoo advertisements in the main messenger. You have to left click the mouse to return the cursor back to its respective place….until it disappears again with the next changing advert…..and so on and so forth.

Whoever the first IM service to provide video multi-connections at the same time will be a big winner.
Hope it’s YM.
