After reading the transcript. I noticed that none of the really good questions, that I'm sure were asked, were answered. Such as:
When will the "ignore chat invitations" option work.
Why do we still have to enter a stupid code to enter chat when it is totally worthless at stopping bots?

I notice the order of my contact list keeps changing while I am chatting. I have searched for months for an explanation of this in Yahoo Help with no success. Anyone have a clue?

Thanks,
Doncarp

How come the majority of the questions where those answerable by promoting a feature?

How come there where no real questions about the poor quality, the bugs that last through whole versions, nevermind betas? (Such as the language filter bug).

@Realyn

If you're using the new 9.0, go to Messenger>Preferences>General. At the bottom of the page you'll see the option of "Edit Mobile Device." From here, you can click "Delete" to remove your phone. Also, be sure the option of "Always sign me out to my mobile device" is not checked. If you're using a Mac, these preferences can be found under File and then you'll see a menu for your Mobile Device.
