I accepted a connect invite from one of my contacts. Now it shows in public when i am connected with that contact as well as on that person’s ID on messenger. Is there a way to stop this?
Can you not stop this or give a choice to us if we want to be shown to have been connected at a particular time and a date?

If I use Yahoo Messenger to SMS to a mobile device. How would Verizon Wireless bill the recipient, if they have unlimited text but no data plan? Would the text be part of the text package or the data plan? How much would a 130 stroke text cost? OR does Verizon treat the message as email or text?

Why is it that when i click on abuse while in a yahoo chat room i get taken to myyahoo page?

whats the point of having the link if it doesn’t work?

Hi evelyn,

You need to change your Messenger settings so that it requires a password each time someone wants to sign in. Since it sounds like you’re sharing a computer with other people, you need to make sure you sign out every time you’re finished using Messenger. Please follow the instructions on this page to ensure that your log in information is not stored at sign-on:

Hi, i would like to cancel my yahoo messenger. i should i say for some reason it keeps popping up when everyone else is online. they are able to read my email. how can i stop this for happening?
