@Vicki – To remove an IMVironment from your conversation, click on the IMVironments button at the top of your conversation window and select “No IMVironment” at the bottom of the menu.

last time i used emoticats as my display image. but after that whay I canot change it into the other picture. Some one can please help me with this trouble
