I hope when your looking for software developers it includes developers of virtual chat … that’s right … when is Yahoo! going to smarten up and start a virtual chat world … think of the virtual chat advertisement … better get onboard Yahoo! or get left behind in chat too ( hint : search engine )… If you need a consultant … give me a call

Read through the many posts on this blog and you will find many many many people complaining about the state of the chatrooms.
It’s not something that has ever been seriously addressed by Sarah Bacon or anyone else on the yahoo staff.

I guess by ignoring it, they think it will just go away.

I wonder if they are totally ignorant of the thousands of people who would use yahoo chat, if it actually was any good? Or is it that they don’t see a profit, so they just neglect it?

In any case, it is astounding how conspicuously silent Yahoo is regarding this issue.

As Sarah Bacon has said another place on this blog: Out of over 10,000 yahoo employees worldwide, only about 5 people have anything to do with yahoo chat. Eventhough thousands of people want to use this feature.

It is mind-boggling to say the least!

Yahoo chat has been pretty much worthless since this company went insane and discontinued the user generated rooms, where thousands of people created their own communities.

And it is particularly short-sighted of a large internet company like Yahoo, if they truly are as ignorant about this as they seem to be.

what about someone to look after the yahoo chat rooms or do they not matter. I think its a shame that the dam bots can get in and it takes real people sometimes twice to figure out that dam code.
You people keepin up the chat rooms dont know what your doin it seems

I’m dam tired of this maybe someone should start a new chat.

And, I bet that the ones that work on the chat rooms havent ever been in one so they prolly dont know all the shit that goes on with them .
