Webcams become part of the interview process

Webcams have been around for awhile now, but organizations like business schools are now starting to depend on them to help authenticate candidates during long distance interviews. Check out this interesting article from Businessweek.com:

  2. Is true that webcam are used more and more but is pitty that the video quality is very low, same as audio quality.
