Anyone finding that they cannot log on as invisible anymore and then allow people to see them online via stealth settings? Trying to do so results in a "stealth settings error" that is lovely and completely unhelpful. Reinstalling didn't help. This suddenly happened several weeks after install.

Has anyone had problems with their Display Image when using YM for Mac? I've been trying to get mine to work and for some reason, it won't display my picture. It only works when I use the Yahoo avatar. I can see the picture/avatars of my contacts but they can never see my picture; they only see a black screen. I've made sure to tick the proper options under preferences and my picture size is not so big. Anyone out there who can help?

Why does Yahoo not care about Mac users?
They never update anything for those of us with older systems. I'm so sorry I cant afford a shiny new piece of hardware that can run leopard. I'm happy to have just gotten myself up to OS 10.3. Thing is, once my buddies upgrade, our webcam chat is no longer compatible through YIM. Cant you do better than version 2.5?

I upgraded to version 3.0 beta 3 yesterday and it didn't take long before it repeatedly caused my iMac (Leopard 10.5) to freeze. I restarted a few times to no avail, then decided to do a Leopard update (10.5.2), which I had been hesitant to do as I've heard things here and there. The installation process froze, and when I forced a restart, was never able to get my desktop icons to come back after logging in. 24 hours later, I've had to do an archive install of Leopard 10.5 all over again, and will stay completely away from Messenger until "Beta" isn't so beta anymore. Is it me?

Upgraded to the new build 3 and now I can't receive messages nor does it tell me when I've got mail. Running 10.4.11. What's going on?? Very frustrating for sure.

How do I delete the default dropdown list of all users who have ever signed in to Yahoo Messenger on my computer? I do not have a "library/preferences/com.yahoo" file.
