Live chat help for Yahoo! Voice is down

The live chat help service we offer for Yahoo! Voice subscribers is currently down due to technical difficulties. We’re working on fixing it and I’ll post an update here once I have more news (or when it’s fixed). Thanks for your patience,

10:25am PST: Live chat help is now up and running again.

It was down for only 35 minutes, that is how long it usually takes someone to join the session and help you, anyway. I used the live chat support 5-6 times and each time I waited for over 30 minutes. Support was helpful when billing was a problem, but not so much with technical issues. Therefore, I guess more people with more knowledge is a solution.

yahoo messenger cann’t be downloaded on my computer and i don’t know why it’s going on that way.

I upraded my yahoo messenger and changed my username and password. I tried to use the same credit card #, but was unable to do so. I had to use a different card #. My voice out was cut off for security purposes. I need my money refunded back to my card or my voice out restored.

I keep trying to get the new yahoo for vista and it keep downloading and then when I try to install it it says “Yahoo! Messenger is unable to download files needed for installation, Please check firewall setting and retry installation” I have checked every thing and the fire wall is set right and there is nothing on my computer that could be blocking it from downloading, is there some where I can get the full program and install it, I have tried many times to get help form tech support and they will not respond to me

Hi, i am newly using the phone out facility of yahoo and i have uploaded my account with $10.00. The problem is I am not able to make call from it. I am working in UAE and my service provider is ETISALAT. Me got an advise to use the live chat facility to fix the problem but not able to open the live chat help service.
