		<description>I think they misunderstood your question, Aja. I did, at first, too. 
You are not asking for their code, but for permission to use the emoticons. So, in other words, if you came up with a code or hack of your own, you could use it yourself. -- Is that right? :-/</description>

Hidden emoticons are available at:
http://messenger.yahoo.com/hiddenemoticons.php

They're not available in the emoticon menu in the program so you need to know the text equivalents to be able to use them. Or, get the handy WackyB YEmotePlus plug-in that lets you have all emoticons, including the hidden ones, available in a menu while you IM.
