Now that they closed room botts have gotten even worse. (Who terrible idea was that anyway?). It would be nice for yahoo to do something about out of control botts. No one talks anymore, and the iggi storage gets FULL like over night. The verification is crap must have a HUGE loophole in it because it doesn't do anything to stop the botts. I agree with chat by the way. i have noticed getting help from yahoo about abuse or Harassment get you no where. Where the hell is the custumer service?

Honestly what yahoo needs to do, since they do not have the resources to do it themselves, is to adapt a more IRC approach towards their channels. Instead of having fifty locational rooms, they need maybe one or two. A chatting volunteer (or volunteers) should be given operator permissions to patrol these rooms and k,i,g line the whole lot of them. They either need to do that or just do away with the chat rooms because they are severely vacant of real people.

I am very disgusted with yahoo and the bots.. One minute you get in the rooms and think everything is going good and all of a sudden here comes some bots in the room. Everybody is saying I thought that is why we have to sign in. The signing in is fine but why all the scrambled letters. I have heard some people say that they have signed in 3 or 4 times because you guys have put those extra lines in it. Think of the older people when you are working on this as this is some of the older peoples enjoyment. Also the new versions of messenger don't work right. It is so sad because a while ago it was work some what good and now nothing works. Pretty soon everyone is going to be gone from yahoo and going to paltalk. what is nice about paltalk they do have tech support rooms there (live) and they do help. Yahoo need to first start out with the help among themselves and get together to fix problems not just one person trying to get something done. Hope it will be changed soon. Yahoo is a nice place to chat and meet people.

I've been in chats for years and i never have seen chats go to hell like they have in the past week or 2 .Something needs to be done. Myspace chats dont have voice and they have more people i know going in there to talk to there friends. The bots are out of control in yahoo chat and it looks like noone is doing anything about it. Ive met alot of wonderful people in yahoo chat and everyone i know is getting tired of the bull. Something needs to be done or your going to loose everyone . is that what you want?

i also agree with chet .. yahoo (at one time) used to be a place to meet up and "Chat" with friends now its just a place where you must fight your way into a roomand not the one you chose to be in i been a chatter for over 8 years and never has my experience in chat been this upsetting the only choice i have is to sit in a room hoping someone im waiting to talk to appears ? in the same room by chance? please put a little more effort into making the "chat experience" like it used to be botless and usable
