Yahoo Messenger 9.0 doesn’t have built-in tabbed IM windows. It would be nice if they were.

I’m not about to try a version 8.0 hack on version 9.0.

This tabs hack only works with Yahoo! Messenger 8.1 right now (http://messenger.yahoo.com/?wm=n). If you downloaded and installed 9.0 (http://beta.messenger.yahoo.com) it probably won’t work. Thanks,

i have downloaded and redownloaded the latest yahoo messenger but i cant seem to use the tabs at top of messenger list. i can use message archives but can not go to chat or view profiles or most of others. u mind telling me why. thanks

wouldn’t it be using separate windows better than using tabs?
